| Term | Definition |
| Non-Programmatic Costs | Costs not associated with the delivery of the program such as the hiring of a program director or assistant(s). |
| Programmatic Costs | Costs associated with the delivery of the program such as transportation, accommodations, rental of equipment, purchase of insurance, or purchase of supplies. |
| Administrative Fees | Costs associated with the administration of the program or project's execution. |
| YDG Share | The portion or percentage that the applicant is requesting to be paid by the Youth Development Grant. |
| Grantee Share | The portion or percentage that the applicant will be contributing to the total cost of the program or project. |
| Contractual or Consulting Fees | Fees associated with program delivery that require contracted services, like a consultant on program design or an accountant. |
| Stipends | Monies are paid directly to a participant in the program or someone who has agreed to deliver a portion of the program. |
